The ICON 7870 is a three stage, tri-leg, lightweight aluminium professional video tripod. The tripod comes equipped with an innovative mid-level spreader to improve the stability when the tripod is completely extended, making it capable of supporting a maximum load of 7.5kg. The multi-angle friction dampening fluid head features a front-to-back -90/ 70tilt, pan handle bar and a spirit level for accurate levelling via the tripods ball head connection. The ICON 7870  like many of the other ICON tripods comes with its own carry case for convenient transportation of anywhere you need the tripod. The new flip-style leg lock system allows the legs to be easily extended in a few seconds while increasing the locking force to ensure that the legs do not collapse under the weight of the camera. This quick and easy system means that each leg section can be released with a single movement and then locked securely in place when the leg sections are at the desired lengths.
